Here\u2019s our short guide to on how to sign up, unsubscribe and solve your inbox conundrums. You will receive a confirmation email in your inbox<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We won\u2019t share your details with anyone and definitely won\u2019t spam you. Your privacy is important to us. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theoutlier.co.za\/privacy\">Read our privacy policy<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>I can\u2019t find my newsletter. What must I do?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Check your spam folder: <\/strong>Sometimes email filters can be a bit overzealous. Here\u2019s how to make sure our newsletter lands where you can find it, although the details may vary slightly depending on your email provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Look for our email in the updates or promotions tab. If you find it there, drag it to the primary tab or mark it as important<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If it\u2019s not there, then try searching your spam or junk folder for the email. Once you find it, unmark it as \u2018spam\u2019 and it should appear in your Inbox. Or you can move it to your primary inbox<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Don\u2019t forget to add <a href=\"mailto:info@theoutlier.co.za\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">newsletters@theoutlier.co.za<\/a> to your contacts list<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you\u2019d like instructions specific to your email client, there\u2019s a <a href=\"https:\/\/help.aweber.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/204029246\">detailed guide<\/a> on email marketer AWeber\u2019s website<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Check your inbox isn&#8217;t full:<\/strong> Sometimes your email client (such as Gmail or Outlook) limits the volume of emails you can receive. If your inbox is full, free up some space by deleting some old emails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do I unsubscribe?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As much as we value you, you\u2019re free to leave at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To unsubscribe, simply follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Scroll to the bottom of any edition of the newsletter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the &#8216;Unsubscribe&#8217; link. This will remove you from our mailing list<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have any suggestions or comments you think will help us improve, <a href=\"mailto:newsletters@theoutlier.co.za\">let us know<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why can\u2019t I view links in my newsletter?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We often include links to charts, tools and other content on The Outlier website in our newsletters. To access this content, you\u2019ll need to be logged in to The Outlier. The process for new and returning members is similar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Simply enter your email address and we\u2019ll email you a confirmation link. This means you don\u2019t have to remember any passwords<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once you click on that link, you\u2019ll be returned to the site and be able to access the content<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do I change my email address?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To update your email address, you\u2019ll need to unsubscribe using your old email and then resubscribe with your new email address. You will find subscribe\/unsubscribe options in the newsletter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do I share my ideas for the newsletter with you?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We always appreciate hearing from you.
