Key Dis-Chem directors, including the founding Saltzman family, have sold more than R2.5-billion in shares in the pharmaceutical retail group since the beginning of 2024, News24 reports.
Ivan and Lynette Saltzman, who started the business more than 40 years ago, have sold more than R2.2-billion worth of shares. This includes 50-million shares sold to Coronation Fund Managers in January. Their company Ivlyn still holds a 29.31% stake in Dis-Chem.
